I need Computer Help FAST  

The simplest way, I suppose, would be to find a suitable image of a sealion from the web (Google Images is a good place to start), print it, write the names of the members on by hand and then photograph it with a digital camera. The result will, of course, be a JPEG image.
Some discussion boards (this one, for example) allow you to post images, so presumably this one does!If you have PowerPoint, you could design the flag in PowerPoint and then export it as an image (I don't recall whether this can be in JPEG format or not. If it's a BMP, though, you can convert it using the software you use to edit images.)

use an empty slide on a powerpoint draw a rectange, use the shapes ,fill color ,group the image,copy.

then open ms paint,edit-paste. then go to file menu-save as.
change doc type to jpeg

I am not sure how to connect you all together to work on this. But each person could do their part, and elect one person to put it all together, take a digital pic, and I believe the code your talking about may be the HTML, or CSS code.......if you use a paintshop program or even the digital camera program....once you have compiled the flag in the final image you want to post....click at the top on tools or options (sorry not sure which one) and click on view source...to get the HTML code to be able to post it....this is the same as the codes you cut and paste in Myspace if your familiar with Myspace and it's graphic codes. I would if I were you have each member mail their part to one person, (preferably the one who has these programs listed above and is the most creative of the group) and then have that person piece it together....and take a digital pic. I think it may be virtually impossible to actually have all of you at once using the same paint program, or camera program if your all scattered across the world unless you were all present in the same room as the computer....but I could be wrong...... hope this helps a bit!

hay try using some grapics software such as a adobe photoshop or some thing like that to create a flag type image and save it in a JPEG format.. then you can use a software called as image resizer to resize it to any size you want.. you will find it in most of the mobile software sites where people wanna resize the largest image to resize to the mobile image size..

hi..just form u'r flag take a pic of it ....and then when uupload it into u'r system mostly it will be in rhe jpeg format..........if it is not then u can get free softwares online which convert it into that format...u can download 1 of them and then go on

I can't ad the brackets on each side or I can't post my reply. But you should add a < to the left beginning and a > to the right end.

Insert the name of you file where I put flag.jpeg once you figure out what you are going to do with that. Then copy and paste the above code with the < and > on each end and it should post as the image.

If any of your tribe have Microsoft Publisher then this would be a good place to start. Open a blank publication and set the page size according to the dimensions you require, so if you are creating a flag with a ratio of 3 X 4 then choose something like 300 X 400 to have room to work.
You can add any images or text that you like and then save the publication as a jpeg image. Import the image into any image editing program and resize it accordingly.
You should also be able to do this with Corel Draw.
