how to handle your 2 years old Baby?  

I would say it's normal - get her to play a lot with other children and she will learn how to behave.

Children that age are in the beginning of being a person and they have to explore limits - both their own limits (how high can I climb and so on) and the limits around them (how much can I screem befor some one tells me to stop - and if I don't stop - what will happen than)

yup, it is normal for her to be hyper...this is the stage they said to be the "exploring" stage. just let her explore and yeah dont forget to keep your house child proof. ^^

Children go through a 'terrible toddler's stage'. It lasts from just before they reach two years old to three and a half years old. It sounds like your daughter has way too much energy. It is a shame the she sometimes does some naughty things. I have disabled little boy and he is currently two years old. He will be three years old in May. Today he got my label box and pulled out lots of my labels. He often grabs things he is not allowed to have. He can moan a lot sometimes. He takes the toy off my seven month old daughter. It is just his age and he is a lovely little lad. I like his bright smile, his appreciation of picture books and his early talking skills. I love playing with him, letting him paint, working with him on his chalk board and reading stories to him. I suggest a fair approach, gentleness but boundaries which your little girl understands. It helps to have a structure to the day. I know praising good behavior works well.

I think its just normal...she will eventually overcome this phase in her life, with your proper guidance of course. My son's now 3 and a half and he did the same thing before but now I could see that he's starting to 'behave'. He used to be a bully also and he could even make a 7 year old boy cry...
I just constantly remind him that making other kids cry is not a good idea and he eventually learn from it...he's now becoming more considerate with other kids.
